Founded by Joseph Cetrulo, Trinity Hospitality Group is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences that blend innovative cuisine with warm hospitality. With a growing portfolio of successful restaurants, the group aims to elevate the culinary landscape in New Jersey and beyond. With over 40 years in the restaurant industry and an extensive culinary background and training across Italy, restaurateur Joseph Cetrulo draws inspiration from his education and travels to create unique menus and experiences inspired by the taste of Italy at each of his restaurants. In 2006, he opened Sirena Ristorante in Long Branch, the first of three restaurants under Trinity Hospitality Group. Two of which, (Sirena and Stella Marina), have been nominated for Shore Foodie TASTE Awards as some of the Jersey Shore’s most Outstanding Italian Restaurants. Since the age of 22, Cetrulo has proudly crafted custom recipes for each of the ten restaurants he has owned and operated.
